6 Months, 60 pounds!
Today is the anniversary of my start date, May 5, 2012; I weigh 172.6 pounds.
I have lost 62.4 pounds from my starting weight and 71.4 pounds from my highest weight.
On May 5, 2012, a Saturday, I took my obese body (BMI 40.3) on a 2.5 mile walk. Since that day, I have gone 371 miles walking and jogging and sprinting for the cause.
Today I will also workout, but thankfully it will be with a much lighter, stronger body (BMI 29.6).
My first post on tumblr was: “Those who endure, conquer.” Can’t say it any better than that.
